Include Me From the Start

The Include Me initiative is designed to promote and expand inclusive practices for students with significant disabilities. The Arc of Pennsylvania, with guidance and partial funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education and with support from the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN), provides training and on-site assistance to schools with participating students. The goal of “Include Me” is to provide children and youth with the necessary supports to be successfully and meaningfully included in general education classrooms.
