OSEP High School Transition IDEA Physical Education Letter of Clarification

In this letter, the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) addresses whether physical education (PE) is required for high school students with disabilities ages 16-21, if it is in their Individualized Education Program (IEP), even though PE is not provided to their non-disabled peers in those grades.
